1. Switch off and remove the joystick
2. Place the joystick in the backrest pocket and remove the cushion
3. Fold backrest down and then pull both armrests towards the back in an anti clockwise direction
4. Pull the two black toggles at the back together
5. Push down on the seat frame until it fully flattens
6. That is it!

How do I fit this into my car?
When the seat is folded down it is 68cm from the top of the seat to the ground.  

The armrests are height adjustable so can be set at the same height as the seat but the more common setting means that the armrests are the highest part when the seat is folded.

The most common armrest height gives a height of 74cm. The width is 62.2cm   Most customers using the Jazzy 600ES use ramps with an Estate car, or utilise a hoist when using a normal hatchback etc.
